School Transfer Requirements

To transfer schools outside of your school district, you will need to gather documents from your current and new schools,

Transcripts: Copies of Transcripts pr report cards should be submitted with the application
Immunization records: Proof of immunizations and vaccinations will be requested; other medical records that are relevant including prescriptions
Birth certificate and/or social security number
Transfer application:
Standardized test scores if applicable
List of schools previously attended, including dates of enrollment and contact information.
